Return & Refund Policy

At KnitWise Fibers, every skein is hand-dyed in small batches. Because of the nature of this process, each skein is unique and may vary slightly in color. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Final (with Limited Exceptions)
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as color variation, change of mind, or ordering the wrong quantity.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alycia@knitwisefibers.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Color Variations
We make every effort to photograph yarn accurately, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Slight variations between skeins are normal and part of what makes hand-dyed yarn special.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are considered in progress and cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns (if approved)
If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • Items must be unused, unwound, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
